Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC chillers and associated plant equipment.
- Monitor plant performance data and prepare accurate daily operational and status reports.
- Assist senior technicians with complex repairs, system upgrades, and commissioning tasks.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in strict compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures and recommend timely interventions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize energy consumption and minimize system downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including proper tool storage and safety equipment management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Valid certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of chiller plant operations, building management systems (BMS), and electrical controls.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
