Tekscend Photomask is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Technician (Photomask) to join our state-of-the-art facility in Singapore's East Region. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in the fabrication of high-precision photomasks that drive the global microchip industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor advanced photomask manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product integrity and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of production tools to minimize downtime and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, strictly adhering to cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines.
- Document production activities, equipment status, and quality control data accurately in the manufacturing execution system.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and coordinate with engineering teams for complex repairs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield rates and process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
- Prior experience in a cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to detect process deviations.
- Ability to perform shift work to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital monitoring software.
- Highly disciplined with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
