Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain HT/LT electrical systems, backup generators, and UPS equipment to ensure 100% power uptime
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of power supply systems
- Respond promptly to power outages and electrical emergencies with effective solutions
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure power systems meet facility security requirements
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in power systems
- Train junior technicians on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in power systems maintenance, preferably in high-security facilities
- Valid electrical work permit and relevant certifications (e.g., Grade B2 or above electrical license)
- Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, backup generators, and UPS operations
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for electrical systems
- Ability to work under pressure with zero tolerance for failure in critical systems
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
