As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide array of sporting equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform technical repairs and routine maintenance on sporting equipment according to company service standards.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal product functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts and tools, ensuring the workshop is well-stocked and organized.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to provide timely updates on repair status and turnaround times.
- Execute rigorous quality control checks post-repair to meet Daiwa's global standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace in compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Assist in the documentation of technical issues to support continuous product improvement efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or a Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven work experience as a technician or in a similar technical maintenance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and instruction sheets accurately.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management and service reporting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malay and English.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
