Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in semiconductor production systems
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement equipment improvements and upgrades
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and cleanroom procedures
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance best practices
- Monitor equipment performance and proactively address potential issues
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement and technical support
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a semiconductor technician or in similar role
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized testing equipment
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
