Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled inspections on trucks and heavy machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures.
- Repair and replace defective parts, including engines, transmissions, and brakes.
- Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Document all maintenance activities and repair logs accurately.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance during downtime.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Automotive, Heavy Equipment, or Diesel Mechanics.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working on trucks and heavy equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude and hands-on mechanical skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Class A) is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours and under various weather conditions.
