Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on computer hardware and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and network issues.
- Manage inventory of computer parts and peripherals, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Document all repairs, configurations, and technical procedures for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and equipment handling.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar technical support or computer repair role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, including troubleshooting common errors.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, printers, and other peripherals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work full-time hours.
