Are you a technical expert with a passion for precision agriculture? Spraying Systems, the global leader in spray technology, is seeking a high-performing TeeJet Sales Engineer to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the technical face of our TeeJet agricultural brand, helping local farmers and distributors optimize their operations through our world-class spray nozzle and precision farming solutions.
As our Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and field applications. You will consult with clients to identify their unique needs, demonstrate the efficiency of TeeJet products, and drive business growth in the Indonesian agricultural market. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the agricultural sector by promoting TeeJet spray technology.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to farmers, equipment manufacturers, and distributors.
- Conduct on-site field visits to troubleshoot application issues and recommend optimal spray nozzle configurations.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in precision agriculture technology.
- Prepare and present technical sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the agricultural or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of spray technology, agricultural machinery, or precision farming systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region to conduct field visits and client meetings.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and provide practical, field-ready solutions.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
