We are seeking a detail-oriented Teknikal (Pelukis Plan) to join Brickwell Engineering in Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing submission, installation, and as-built drawings for various construction projects. You will perform technical calculations, conduct site measurements, and assist in quality control inspections to ensure project accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
As a key member of our technical team, you will collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality drawings that meet project specifications. Your contributions will directly support the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare submission, installation, and as-built drawings for construction projects.
- Perform technical calculations and analysis to support design and construction.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to gather accurate data.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret project specifications.
- Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.
- Assist in quality control inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Malaysian building codes is a plus.
