Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial AC systems
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults using diagnostic tools
- Perform regular maintenance checks to optimize system performance
- Provide clear customer guidance on product usage and energy-saving tips
- Document service reports and maintain accurate technical records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upgrade opportunities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in HVAC/electronics
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in AC installation and repair
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical components
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical ability to handle installation tools and equipment
- Certification in refrigerant handling (preferred)
