Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using scripted and personalized approachesPresent product/service features and benefits in persuasive, customer-centric languageUpdate CRM databases accurately with call outcomes and customer informationMeet or exceed daily/weekly sales conversion targetsCollaborate with sales team to develop effective lead generation strategiesAddress customer inquiries professionally and provide detailed product informationDocument and report market feedback to improve sales approaches
Kualifikasi
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredMinimum 1 year experience in telemarketing or outbound salesExcellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skillsStrong persuasive and negotiation abilitiesProficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work in target-driven environment with KPIsProfessional phone demeanor and active listening skills
