Tanggung Jawab
- Present and explain product features/benefits persuasively via outbound calls
- Exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion strategies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/Sederajat) or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing role
- Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
