Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new customers through outbound sales calls and lead qualification

- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Strong ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievement
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (advantageous)
