Our company is seeking a results-driven Telesales Specialist (Mitra) to join our expanding team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in acquiring new partners, educating them on our financial solutions, and building long-term business relationships.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the natural ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be the primary voice of our brand, helping us reach our growth targets while providing exceptional service to our prospective partners.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively contact and onboard new partners via telephone and digital channels.
  • Present and explain FinTech product offerings clearly to potential business partners.
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze prospective partner needs and recommend the best solutions to drive conversion.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine pitch strategies and improve closing ratios.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or direct sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Resilient mindset, capable of handling objections professionally and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to work from our office in Jakarta Selatan.
