Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential leads and existing client databases to promote aesthetic services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of various clinic treatments and current promotional packages.
- Convert inquiries and cold leads into scheduled consultations and clinic appointments.
- Maintain and update client records accurately within the company CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, beauty, or aesthetic clinic industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional telephone manner.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy sales team.
- Fluency in Indonesian; basic English communication skills are a plus.
