- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Temenos T24 Treasury and Trading modules
- Document detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Conduct UAT and system testing to validate T24 implementations
- Support system integration and data migration activities
- Provide ongoing user training and operational support
- Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in banking/financial services
- Expert knowledge of Temenos T24 modules (Treasury, Trading, Compliance)
- Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in requirement gathering tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with UML diagrams and process modeling
- Certification in Temenos T24 or related banking systems preferred
