Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management Office, including drafting correspondence, managing files, and maintaining office records.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking detailed minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and statistical data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone inquiries, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of relevant work experience are preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
