Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional territory targets.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents and staff.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement coaching programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
  • Lead regional business meetings, strategic planning sessions, and agency development workshops.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership in sales management and agency development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian insurance market landscape and regulatory environment.
