Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and support the assigned distributor network to ensure alignment with company sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales performance analysis and provide actionable insights to enhance regional growth.
- Execute Key Account Management strategies to secure long-term partnerships and increase market share.
- Communicate quarterly targets clearly to distributors and monitor achievement progress.
- Conduct frequent market visits to assess brand visibility and competitive activities.
- Develop and implement localized promotional programs to stimulate demand in the territory.
- Maintain accurate reporting of daily sales activities and distributor inventory levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, distribution management, or field operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of mobility and willingness to travel extensively within the Jawa Tengah region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
