We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Tester to join the Technical Support Department at Hyundai Elevator. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our technical sites, with a specific focus on handling complex MOD (Modification) and T&C (Terms & Conditions) site matters. As a Tester, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring that all technical protocols are strictly followed. Your work will directly impact the quality assurance of our elevator systems, helping us maintain the high standards that Hyundai Elevator is known for. You will collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance teams to identify issues, verify repairs, and document technical data accurately.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily testing and quality assurance checks on elevator systems and technical sites.
- Provide robust support for the smooth running of the Technical Support Department.
- Handle and verify all technical documentation related to MOD and T&C site matters.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards during testing procedures.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot technical anomalies and ensure system functionality.
- Document test results, discrepancies, and resolutions in detailed technical reports.
- Assist in the inspection and validation of site installation works to meet contractual requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Tester or in a similar technical support or quality assurance role.
- Strong understanding of elevator systems, safety protocols, and engineering principles.
- Ability to read, interpret, and create technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage for site visits.
