Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in multi-disciplinary rotations across diverse departments within the Central Bank.
- Conduct in-depth economic research and data analysis to support strategic policy formulation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on national financial stability and digitalization projects.
- Develop and present high-level reports on emerging market trends and risks.
- Engage in structured leadership development workshops and professional coaching sessions.
- Contribute to innovative policy solutions that address current and future economic challenges.
- Execute complex administrative and analytical projects under the guidance of industry experts.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, Data Science, or related fields (CGPA 3.5 and above).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a passion for central banking.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities through extracurricular activities or community engagement.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- High level of professional integrity and a deep interest in public service.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL) or statistical software is an added advantage.
