Tanggung Jawab
- Support strategic planning and execution of THKMC's community programmes
- Analyze operational data to drive efficiency improvements in service delivery
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects involving social workers and volunteers
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for corporate and community partners
- Conduct research on social trends to inform programme innovation
- Manage budgets and resources for assigned community initiatives
- Lead community outreach events and volunteer mobilization efforts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related field
- Strong leadership potential with demonstrated initiative
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to THKMC's mission of serving vulnerable communities
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
- Relevant internship or volunteer experience in social services preferred
