This pivotal role focuses on accelerating our market expansion in Indonesia through strategic partnerships and revenue generation. You'll be at the forefront of building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), driving Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), and identifying new market opportunities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative campaigns, analyze market performance, and optimize our TikTok ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with Indonesian KOLs and content creators
- Drive GMV growth through new seller acquisition and brand expansion initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle from onboarding to relationship nurturing
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to campaign execution
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for strategy refinement
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development or partnerships
- Proven track record in KOL management and social commerce campaigns
- Deep understanding of Indonesian digital media landscape, particularly TikTok
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret GMV and engagement metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, target-driven environments
