The Role
As our TikTok Content Creator Intern, you will take full ownership of the Math Prodigies TikTok channel. Your mission is to grow our following, boost engagement, and drive brand awareness through compelling short-form video content. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with our academic team to align content with our unique educational methodology.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing fresh ideas, filming and editing high-quality videos, and engaging with our growing community. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, has a natural flair for storytelling, and is eager to take ownership of a major brand account.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, film, and edit engaging TikTok videos that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Research and leverage trending audio, hashtags, effects, and challenges to maximize organic reach.
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for the TikTok channel.
- Write compelling scripts, captions, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and respond to community comments and interactions to foster a loyal following.
- Analyze video performance metrics and optimize content strategy for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams on campaign ideas and cross-promotional content.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating content for TikTok (personal account or previous work). Please provide your TikTok handle or portfolio in your application.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm, trends, and native editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly creative with a strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and making learning fun (experience in EdTech is a plus).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are an advantage.
