- Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative video editors, scriptwriters, and content creators.
- Stay ahead of emerging TikTok trends, audio memes, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.
- Manage the end-to-end production pipeline, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, watch time) to iterate and optimize future content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TikTok campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Identify and nurture relationships with relevant influencers and creators for potential collaborations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Director, Social Media Manager, or Senior Creative, specifically focused on TikTok.
- Deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm and the mechanics of viral content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful growth and engagement on TikTok or similar short-form video platforms.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing creative teams.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
- Exceptional storytelling and creative writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into actionable creative plans.
