- Develop and execute innovative TikTok content strategies aligned with company marketing goals.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers to maximize brand reach.
- Create detailed creative briefs and direction for influencer collaborations.
- Monitor TikTok trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize content for higher engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Oversee the production quality and timing of social media assets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, specifically with a focus on TikTok.
- Demonstrated success in managing influencer campaigns and KOL relationships.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm and viral content mechanics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
