M-Commerce Corporation is looking for a creative, data-driven TikTok Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team in Bonifacio Global City. In this role, you will be the visionary behind our TikTok presence, transforming brand goals into viral-worthy content.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity by collaborating closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers. We need a strategist who doesn't just watch trends—you create them. If you have a sharp eye for storytelling, a deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, and the ability to craft compelling briefs that drive engagement and conversions, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content roadmap that aligns with company marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to conceptualize, brief, and oversee high-performing video content.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, audio clips, and TikTok features to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Analyze video performance metrics (views, shares, engagement, retention) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign timelines, ensuring creative deliverables are produced on schedule.
  • Establish brand voice and visual aesthetics that resonate with the TikTok community in the Philippines.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to align TikTok content with broader e-commerce campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in social media management, specifically with a focus on TikTok strategy and content creation.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful influencer collaborations and viral video concepts.
  • Excellent understanding of the TikTok algorithm, hashtag strategies, and trending audio dynamics.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush) is a significant advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the local Philippine digital landscape and e-commerce consumer behavior.
