Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, script, and host daily live streaming sessions on TikTok to promote affiliate products and drive sales.
- Interact with the live audience in real-time, responding to comments, answering product questions, and building a loyal community.
- Master the product catalog and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations that highlight key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream themes with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Analyze live stream performance data (e.g., views, engagement, conversion rates) to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Identify and leverage the latest TikTok trends, sounds, and effects to maximize content virality and reach.
- Manage inventory and affiliate links during live sessions, ensuring accurate pricing and availability.
- Create teaser content and behind-the-scenes clips to promote upcoming live streams across TikTok and other social channels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a TikTok Host, Live Streamer, Content Creator, or similar role in social media marketing.
- Proven track record of driving sales and engagement through live streaming on TikTok or similar platforms.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant plus.
- Highly charismatic and confident on camera with the ability to maintain high energy for extended periods.
- Solid understanding of the social commerce ecosystem, affiliate marketing models, and influencer dynamics.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to professional live streaming equipment (e.g., ring light, high-quality microphone, stable internet connection).
- Deep passion for social media trends, pop culture, and e-commerce.
