- Conduct professional and engaging live streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase beauty products.
- Develop creative content ideas to increase viewer retention and live engagement metrics.
- Actively interact with the audience by answering product-related questions, sharing tips, and building a community.
- Manage technical aspects of the live stream using TikTok Studio and monitor real-time performance on the TikTok Dashboard.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live sessions with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by effectively persuasive presenting product benefits.
- Analyze viewer feedback and engagement data to continuously improve broadcast quality and conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a TikTok Live Host, specifically within the Beauty or Personal Care industry.
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and community engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in using TikTok Studio and analyzing metrics via TikTok Dashboard.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence in front of the camera, and an outgoing, high-energy personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by live streaming schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced live environment.
