Are you a charismatic communicator with a passion for beauty and skincare? BRUCENT GLOBAL INDONESIA is looking for an energetic and persuasive TikTok Live Host to join our growing team in Citra 8, Kalideres. As a Live Host, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with our audience, showcasing our latest beauty products, and driving sales through interactive TikTok Live sessions.
We are looking for someone who understands TikTok trends, knows how to create high-energy content, and has a natural ability to connect with viewers in real-time. If you are comfortable in front of the camera and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and professional TikTok Live streaming sessions to showcase beauty products.
- Demonstrate product application and share beauty tips to educate the audience.
- Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging engagement.
- Drive sales conversions by effectively highlighting product benefits and promoting special offers or discounts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan content themes, product highlights, and live schedules.
- Monitor live performance metrics and audience feedback to optimize future sessions.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and brand-aligned persona throughout the duration of all live streams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Live Host, content creator, or in retail sales is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of TikTok features, algorithms, and current beauty trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills in Indonesian.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable appearing on camera for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks during live sessions.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets is a strong advantage.
- Able to work onsite at our Citra 8 facility in Kalideres.
