Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase products and brand value.
- Interact with viewers in real-time to build community, answer product inquiries, and drive conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan creative live content themes and sales campaigns.
- Analyze streaming data and performance metrics to optimize future engagement and sales strategies.
- Maintain a high energy level and positive persona throughout long-duration live broadcasts.
- Manage product inventory and presentation setups during live sessions to ensure a professional aesthetic.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to master platform algorithms and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about social media, content creation, and live streaming platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Proven ability to engage and build rapport with online audiences.
- Basic understanding of E-commerce trends and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate peak streaming times.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous self-improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin (multi-lingual is a strong plus).
