In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with our online community in real-time and driving sales through interactive live sessions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional, high-energy TikTok Live streaming sessions daily.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly to the audience.
- Actively engage with viewers in the chat, answering inquiries and managing comments in real-time.
- Develop creative content ideas to maintain audience retention and boost engagement.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to prepare inventory and set up the streaming studio.
- Analyze streaming performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and audience growth.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Live Streamer, Host, or similar performance-based role (TikTok experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
- High level of confidence and ability to remain natural and engaging on camera.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, TikTok algorithm, and live streaming best practices.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Karawaci, Banten.
- Energetic, fast-learner, and capable of working in a dynamic team environment.
