We're seeking a creative and results-driven TikTok Operation Specialist to manage our live streaming and short video strategies. You'll be the point of contact (PIC) for end-to-end TikTok operations, from campaign ideation to execution and performance optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, including live commerce mechanics, algorithm trends, and audience engagement tactics. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end TikTok live streaming operations including scheduling, moderation, and real-time engagement
- Develop and execute short-form video content strategies aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Analyze live streaming performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion) to optimize content and drive sales
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align TikTok initiatives with broader business goals
- Monitor TikTok trends and algorithm updates to identify new growth opportunities
- Train and coordinate with influencers/hosts for seamless live commerce experiences
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok operations or social media management
- Proven track record in live streaming coordination and short video production
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret platform metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with audiences and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in TikTok Business Suite and analytics tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for live sessions
