TikTok Shop by Tokopedia is seeking a high-impact Seller & Creator Governance Program Manager to spearhead initiatives that ensure a safe, trusted, and thriving marketplace. In this role, you will be the bridge between data-driven insights and real-world policy enforcement, designing governance frameworks that support millions of sellers and creators.
You will lead cross-functional projects to identify emerging risks, optimize compliance operations, and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess deep analytical capabilities, and have a proven track record of managing complex policy programs within the e-commerce or social commerce sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement end-to-end governance strategies to mitigate risks within the seller and creator ecosystems.
- Analyze platform data to identify policy gaps and optimize enforcement mechanisms for improved marketplace quality.
- Collaborate with product, legal, and operations teams to translate governance policies into scalable system workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform health, compliance rates, and ecosystem integrity.
- Design and lead educational programs for sellers and creators to increase adherence to platform policies and community guidelines.
- Manage incident response protocols for policy violations, ensuring consistency and fairness in decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to ensure governance initiatives remain agile and responsive to market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in trust & safety, policy governance, or risk management within e-commerce or tech.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, or Excel) to drive evidence-based strategy.
- Deep understanding of the social commerce landscape and the unique challenges of managing creator-seller dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and complex, ambiguous problems.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
