Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations including product listings, inventory sync, and order processing
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies to boost engagement and drive sales conversions
- Monitor TikTok Shop performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, AOV) and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce TikTok-native content showcasing products authentically
- Implement promotional campaigns, live shopping events, and influencer partnerships
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to TikTok Shop transactions
- Stay updated on TikTok's algorithm changes, platform features, and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, social commerce, or TikTok Shop management
- Proven track record of increasing sales through social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data using TikTok Analytics and third-party tools
- Expertise in TikTok's algorithm, content trends, and shopping features
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
