Tanggung Jawab
- Lead final negotiations to close property transactions with maximum efficiency
- Review and verify all legal documentation for absolute compliance
- Coordinate with notaries, lawyers, and financial institutions to eliminate transaction bottlenecks
- Develop strategic solutions for complex title issues and ownership disputes
- Manage client relationships throughout the closing process with exceptional communication
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are meticulously documented and executed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience as Title Closer or Real Estate Transaction Specialist
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian property laws and notarial procedures
- Certification in Real Estate Law or equivalent legal qualification
- Proven track record of closing 50+ property transactions annually
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-border transactions
- Advanced proficiency in legal documentation software and e-signature platforms
