Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct professional property viewings and presentations to showcase the unique features of Nuanu’s properties.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a smooth transaction process for all parties.
- Manage a robust portfolio of clients, providing exceptional after-sales service and support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling listings and promotional materials.
- Stay abreast of local market trends, property regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Mentor junior agents and provide regular feedback to improve team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably with experience in the Indonesian or Bali market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Real Estate Agent License (APPRIND) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
