Tanggung Jawab
- Design and modify precision tools and fixtures to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Perform regular calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialized tools and measurement equipment.
- Document all calibration results and tool design specifications in compliance with ISO standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical issues related to tool performance.
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend tool life cycle.
- Analyze measurement data to identify trends and propose design improvements for better precision.
- Ensure all safety protocols and workplace standards are strictly adhered to during tool testing and modification.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tool design, calibration, or precision manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for tool design and drafting.
- In-depth knowledge of metrology, measurement standards, and calibration procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience working in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced industrial setting.
