Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair production tooling, jigs, and fixtures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
- Modify existing tooling setups to improve production output, speed, and product quality.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Document all maintenance activities, modifications, and repair logs accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety standards and ISO quality regulations.
- Assist in the development and testing of new tooling prototypes and designs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a tooling or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of mechanical systems and processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering schematics.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
