As a critical member of our production team, you will design, fabricate, and maintain precision tools and dies essential for high-volume electronic component manufacturing. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, fabricate, and repair precision tools and dies for high-speed stamping operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Operate and maintain machine tools including lathes, mills, and grinders
- Perform routine inspections and testing of tooling to meet production standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize tool performance and efficiency
- Document tool modifications and maintenance activities
- Adhere to safety protocols and ISO standards in toolroom operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Tool and Die Making or Precision Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in high-speed stamping toolmaking
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Strong knowledge of tool materials and heat treatment processes
- Ability to troubleshoot complex tooling issues
- Certification in CNC machining preferred
- Experience working in electronics manufacturing environment
