Join Superpet Plastic Pte Ltd as a hands-on Toolroom Lead and drive excellence in plastic mould operations. This critical role involves overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of injection and blow moulds for PET/PE bottle production. You'll ensure seamless toolroom operations, minimize downtime, and maintain production quality standards while leading a technical team. The position requires proactive problem-solving skills to address mould-related challenges and implement preventive maintenance strategies. Collaborate with production teams to align toolroom activities with manufacturing targets and continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency and product consistency in our high-volume manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate toolroom activities for injection/blow mould maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mould defects to ensure reliable PET/PE bottle production
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend mould lifespan and minimize downtime
- Train and supervise toolroom technicians on proper mould handling and repair techniques
- Coordinate with production teams to align toolroom activities with manufacturing schedules
- Manage mould inventory, documentation, and quality control procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for toolroom efficiency and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in plastic mould maintenance, injection/blow moulding
- Proven leadership experience in toolroom or manufacturing environments
- Strong technical knowledge of mould mechanics, hydraulics, and troubleshooting
- Certification in mould maintenance or related technical field preferred
- Experience with PET/PE bottle moulding processes highly desirable
- Proficiency in precision measurement tools and CAD software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
