As our Tower Crane Operator, you will handle high-value pre-cast products, coordinate closely with ground-level rigging teams, and adhere strictly to Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position pre-cast concrete products and other heavy construction materials.
- Perform daily pre-operational inspections, checking cables, lifting mechanisms, and crane structural integrity before starting shifts.
- Collaborate closely with ground riggers, signalmen, and lifting supervisors using reliable radio communication and standardized hand signals.
- Strictly follow the site's lifting plan, risk assessments, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Monitor wind speeds and weather conditions continuously, taking immediate safety precautions when thresholds are exceeded.
- Report any mechanical faults, maintenance requirements, or safety hazards to the site supervisor immediately.
- Maintain accurate daily logbooks detailing crane operations, inspections, and lifting hours.
Kualifikasi
- Valid registered Tower Crane Operator License issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Singapore.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience operating tower cranes on high-rise residential or commercial construction projects.
- Physically fit with excellent vision, spatial awareness, and the ability to work comfortably at heights for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of lifting capacities, rigging methods, and general safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with ground-based crew members.
- Willingness to work on-site in Woodlands, North Region.
