Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and develop detailed town planning drawings and documentation
- Analyze and interpret zoning regulations and land use policies
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local planning regulations and standards
- Prepare planning applications and supporting documentation
- Assist in the review of development proposals
- Participate in community consultations and public meetings
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software and drafting tools
- Knowledge of local planning regulations and policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and precision in documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in town planning is preferred
