In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence in the market, bridging the gap between our high-quality products and our target audience through strategic activations and impactful trade events.
As our Trade and Events Coordinator, you will take ownership of end-to-end event executionâfrom conceptualization to on-the-ground management. You will work closely with internal teams to design in-store promotions, manage digital partnerships, and elevate our brand visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, product launches, and brand activation events to enhance brand equity.
- Develop and implement innovative in-store promotional strategies that drive foot traffic and increase retail sales.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors, event partners, and digital media collaborators.
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including budget tracking, logistics, scheduling, and on-site supervision.
- Analyze event performance data and customer feedback to generate reports and optimize future trade marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality Point of Sale (POS) materials and visual merchandising displays.
- Support digital marketing campaigns by integrating trade event highlights into our social media and digital partnership channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing, event management, or brand activation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for visual detail and brand consistency.
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours during event periods.
