Fly Ace Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Trade Execution Specialist to join our team in Pasay City. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our brand strategy and retail reality, ensuring that our marketing campaigns come to life exactly where it matters most: at the point of purchase.

You will be responsible for orchestrating trade marketing activities, optimizing merchandising strategies, and providing critical sales support to our field teams. If you are detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment, we want to hear from you. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance brand presence, drive sell-out performance, and ensure consistent execution across all trade channels.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns to support national brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies that increase product visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze retail audit reports to identify opportunities for shelf-space optimization and compliance.
  • Manage the deployment of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and ensure their effective utilization in the trade.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess store performance and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless product rollouts and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports on trade activities, providing actionable insights for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Merchandising, or Field Sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with field sales and retail partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Deep understanding of retail metrics, inventory flow, and consumer behavior.
  • Must be willing to perform field-based work in the Metro Manila area.
