PERTUA is looking for a detail-oriented Trade Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and our retail partners, ensuring that our marketing initiatives translate into tangible sales growth and superior customer experiences on the shop floor.
As a Trade Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in executing our merchandising strategies. You will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to coordinate in-store promotions, monitor product visibility, and ensure our brand standards are consistently met across all retail touchpoints. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute in-store promotional activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor and audit product visibility and shelf presence in retail outlets.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure all merchandising materials are deployed effectively.
- Track and report on the performance of trade marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and field teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitive intelligence and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing spend, inventory levels of POS materials, and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to conduct field visits within Quezon City and surrounding areas.
- High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
