Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and implement trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns at various retail outlets.
- Monitor and ensure the proper placement of point-of-sale materials (POSM) and branding assets.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of competitor activity data within the Davao region.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure store execution aligns with corporate brand standards.
- Support the team in managing inventory levels for marketing collateral and promotional giveaways.
- Maintain effective communication with store managers to resolve operational issues on the ground.
- Prepare regular field visit reports to track the performance and ROI of trade marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing trade events, product launches, or dealer conferences as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in trade marketing or retail sales is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to perform fieldwork within Davao City and surrounding areas.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute to team goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
