- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales targets
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through sales data analysis and performance metrics
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Manage trade marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program performance and ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent project management capabilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Cebu's FMCG market preferred
