Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of trade marketing experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record of developing successful trade campaigns in FMCG or retail sector
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
- Expertise in retail channel management and distributor relationship building
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools and budget management
