- Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with sales targets
- Plan and manage in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising campaigns
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support field objectives
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ROI tracking for promotional activities
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and retail partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine marketing approaches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in trade marketing or sales support role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and sales metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing promotional budgets and campaign execution
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of hardware industry or FMCG sector preferred
